Every summer, the world falls in love with rosé, at least in part because of its charming colour. Now we are told, especially in Provence, that the rosé should be pale to be interesting, and this indicates a fresher summer wine.
In Istria we do not agree with that. Where the alpine and Mediterranean climates blend harmoniously, cabernet sauvignon ripens early thanks to our sun, while our cold breezes are responsible for the freshness.
So the rosé looks just as fruity as it tastes, and yet fresh and light. A wine with which you will easily master summer lunch, from seafood to forest fruits, and it is as beautiful as any rosé wine from Provence - it is the ease of existence in Istria.
